Workshop Overview:

Compensation and Benefits, also known as COMP & BEN programs, can be described as an exchange of payment from an employer for the services provided by its employees. The turbulence of the economy and the increased number of qualified people as well as extremely competitive markets has rendered COMP & BEN programs very important. The employee or candidate is now in a position of power to select and make his/her own choices. To attract, retain and motivate employees all HR professionals must understand the impact of Compensation and Benefits programs on the strategic objectives of the organization.
