We were very honored to implement the training program “Customer Service Skills and Respond to Complaints”, which was held in cooperation with WFP MENA, the World Food Program in the Middle East and North Africa, and UN Women Egypt for the benefit of the National Council for Women.
In these meetings, we saw the professionalism of the gentlemen in charge of the National Council for Women and the skills we found in dealing with complaints were more than wonderful, as we discussed and exchanged various experiences on how to receive complaints and deal with them in a professional manner that serves the citizens requesting the services of the Council, and that was during many From the meetings during the current month of September 2021.
We also thank the organizers of this work from the World Food Program and the United Nations Women’s Authority for the high professionalism that we have seen to bring this project out in the manner in which it achieved all its objectives.
We look forward to further cooperation with our partners from international bodies and official entities in Egypt
