Dr. Hani Elias is the Director of Programs at the Egyptian Council for Training and Development and has held a variety of positions and responsibilities at a variety of firms and organizations.

After completing his undergraduate studies and graduating from university in 2005, Dr. Hani joined the German Goethe Institute, where he studied the German language for two years, and completed his full study in 2008. In 2011, he continued his education at American University, where he obtained a Career Certificate in the subject of marketing. Additionally, marketing for two years.

Dr. Hani registered to obtain a master's degree in business administration from the Scandinavian Business School in Denmark in 2016, and he studied in the master's degree until he obtained it intensively at the end of 2017; subsequently.

Hani earned his doctoral thesis from the Scandinavian Business School in Denmark in 2018 and also obtained it intensively. For his experience and work in the same field as this study, and after receiving permission from the university administration to complete the doctoral dissertation through diligent study, he was awarded the scientific degree in the field of contemporary management.

His published book in business was the master's thesis, titled Marketing Role and Effects of Implementing the Balanced Scorecard, and the only book he has written on management. This was a request from the publishing company OmniScriptum S.R.L. in Moldova.

Studies did not conclude with scientific degrees or official programmes, but were extended during the previous years of his study of management sciences and his teaching of these sciences to numerous enterprises, companies, and organisations in and outside of Egypt.

Dr. Hani is a consultant in business, modern management, and marketing for numerous companies and organizations, where he restructures companies or departments within companies, evaluates the current state of sales operations and anticipated sales ratios, develops profit-maximizing strategies, and comparative analysis.

Dr. Hani Elias held a number of advising posts involving the preparation of feasibility studies for economic projects outside of Egypt, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as his technical and commercial assessment of these studies and his administrative opinion on them.

He led the Egyptian Council for Training and Development's team in establishing numerous partnerships with international organizations, such as the United Nations Women's Agency, the World Food Program, USAID, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency - JICA, as well as local organizations, such as civil society associations and community activities.

Dr. Hani was also selected to be responsible for developing the administrative and technical skills of all employees of the Universal Health Insurance Authority in the governorates of Luxor and Port Said in order to improve the services provided to citizens in the health sector, particularly in dealing with beneficiaries, clients, and colleagues in these two governorates via the Japan International Cooperation Agency - JICA.

In 2015, the World Health Organization selected Dr. Hani to be one of the temporary consultants tasked with developing policies and laws to combat the marketing of unhealthy foods and beverages to children in Jordan.

Dr. Hani Elias worked as the head of the commercial sector for two years at the Indian company Swan International for International Trade, where he was responsible for all commercial and logistical operations.

In 2006, he co-founded a company that facilitates logistical collaboration between airlines, shipping lines, freight and unloading companies, airports, and navigation services.

He built customer service and after-sales departments for numerous non-Egyptian companies and trained staff and managers on the new system and customer service abilities, thereby achieving the strategic goals of the companies.

Dr. Hany has been a trainer for over 17 years and has instructed hundreds of trainees in Egypt and abroad.
