Overview
A Post-Summit CSR Initiative to Support NGOs, Small Companies, and Women Workers As an extension of the Well-being & Sustainability Summit’s impact, this CSR-driven training initiative aims to extend the principles of workplace well-being and sustainability culture beyond corporates to underserved or smaller segments of society. Each version is adapted to the specific needs, challenges, and capacities of the targeted group, ensuring maximum practical impact.
Objectives
  • Raise awareness about integrating well-being principles into NGO management.
  • Link NGO internal culture with SDG goals, especially SDG 3, 5, 8, 10.
  • Equip NGOs to promote mental health, work-life balance, and gender equality among their teams.
Develop basic internal well-being policies adapted for resource-constrained environments.

Program Title: Building Sustainable Well-being Cultures in NGOs
